The Sons of the American Legion Post 347 holds various social events during the year.  Members have a chance to gather and enjoy music, dancing, and fun.  Proceeds raised from our events go straight to our supported worthy causes.

Make plans now to attend our September 24th comedy/magic show event, it promises to be a fun show, and we'll also have food and drinks available. The Sons is presenting Jim Moody - The "Crowd Teaser", a popular Central Florida performer. We'll have a 50/50 raffle and some exciting door prizes as well. If you want a hamburger or cheeseburger with fries included for only $7, we'll be serving this limited menu in the hall from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Showtime is 7:00 PM. Buy your tickets (only $8 per person!!) at the front office during weekdays, or in the lounge. All proceeds will go directly to Son's supported causes.

We are hosting our second CASINO NIGHT event, and this one will be even BIGGER and BETTER!  Scheduled for October 29, 2018, the casino games will be run by professionals and we'll have blackjack, roulette, betting wheels, and more.  On top of that there will also be door prizes and raffles.  It promises to be a fun social event and a great fundraiser for our Veteran and Community causes.  It's a WIN-WIN night out!

The 2nd Annual Children & Youth Golf Tournament, Scheduled for April 27, 2019.

It's going to be a fun day of golf, food, and prizes!  All proceeds go directly to funding Sons' sponsored Children & Youth causes in our community, such as the Special Olympics.  Be a player and/or a sponsor.  You or your company can sponsor a hole or provide gifts for the raffle.  The course is the beautiful Harbor Hills Country Club in Lady Lake, FL.  They'll be a shotgun start at 1:00 PM but be a little early so you can take advantage of the various raffles and other goodies when signing in.  Cost per golfer is only $75.  After the tournament, you and your group can gather at the nearby American Legion Post #347 hall for a delicious Italian meal (Note: No drinks, snacks, or food is allowed to be brought into the hall).
